Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

  1. The store does not modify the shipping address and it is delivered to the shipping company as is
  2. The delivery period within Turkey is from two to four working days, and the delivery period outside Turkey is from one week to fifteen working days.
  3. The store has the right to change the shipping company, if that is (to speed up the order shipping process, for example)
  4. After the order has been shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
  5. After shipping the order, the order is followed up with the shipping company to ensure it is received on time.
  6. If the customer did not receive a message with the tracking number, the customer should contact the store on the approved means of communication in order to provide him with the tracking number.
  7. In the event that the shipment is not received within the specified days, the customer must inform the store within 3 working days through the approved means of communication
  8. In the event that the shipment is lost (permanently), the store bears full compensation for the shipment.
